Dee de Lara

Dee de Lara (she/they) facilitates spaces for people to connect, explore and disrupt with curiosity. She founded The Liminal Movement, spaces to wonder and wander in the “in-between” in community through movement and mindfulness to spark curiosity, conversations and workshops to ignite action, and research and strategy to fuel untold narratives. Through The Liminal Movement, Dee aim to weave webs between humans who explore transitional and in-between spaces, and to embody her studies of decolonization, somatic abolitionism and trauma awareness. She also co-created WHAT_TIME, a hub to connect with independent and emerging movement and well-being facilitators with the ultimate vision to DISRUPT expectations of wellness, AMPLIFY the experiences of Black, Indigenous and People of Colour, and CENTRE BIPOC in wellness.
