Donell Barlow is a Spokane native, born and raised in the Northwest. She has several careers but food is her true passion, and teaching her clients that food is medicine. Attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition she received her certification as a Holistic Health Coach, and is also a certified yoga teacher.
